Smoke Free Multi Unit Housing Registry
The demand is high for smoke-free housing. Throughout the U.S., polls show that renters prefer smokefree rentals. More landlords and property managers are adding no smoking provision into leases.

Important Notes:
- To be listed in the Directory as a smoke-free multi-unit building, every tenant lease agreement must specify that there be no-smoking in their residential unit.
- If your no-smoking lease agreement also includes balconies, decks and patios or the entire property, please check off all applicable boxes in the Current Smoke-Free Policy section near the end of this form. Thank you.
- This list provides information on a building’s smoke-free status, it does not keep track of vacancies at any particular location.
- This is an evolving directory, so it may take time to compile a list that includes smoke-free buildings in WV. Thank you for your understanding.
